Guilly established ICCP Venture Partners in 1997. He is the founder of the ICCP Group of Companies, a mid-sized conglomerate in the Philippines with interests in financial services and property development and management. He is an experienced private investor with extensive investment experience across numerous sectors. He provides considerable experience, networks, and insights throughout the Firm’s investment process and helps portfolio companies with connectivity and access to leading companies in Southeast Asia.
Guilly currently holds director positions on the boards of several publicly-listed companies in the Philippines: Ionics – a leading electronics manufacturing service provider; Phinma Corporation – a conglomerate engaged in manufacturing, energy, consulting, education and property development; and Roxas & Company Inc. – a holding company with interests in sugar milling, coconut processing and property development. He is also on the boards of a number of privately held companies. Guilly is active in a number of bi-lateral business organizations in Southeast Asia. He is the Philippine Co-Chairman of the Philippine Singapore Business Council and is also a member of committees of the Philippines-United States Business Council and the Philippine-British Business Council.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from De La Salle University in the Philippines.
