Job Summary

• The Data Analytics team enables data-driven decision making in Growsari. As part of the team, the Data Specialist serves a critical role in the company by providing timely and accurate data products such as queries, dashboards, reports, and analyses.
• In this important role, you will have the opportunity to work across teams to support the larger goals of Growsari and help build the future of sari-sari stores in the Philippines

Key Responsibilities

•  Work closely with business partners to define data needs and requirements.
• Design and develop automated dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Write SQL queries to answer ad hoc business questions.
• Provide data expertise and support to your assigned teams in their day-to-day operations.
• Explore, validate, and ensure quality of new and existing data sources.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve the analytics capabilities of Growsari.

Qualifications

• Data excites you.
• You are skilled at writing SQL queries (PostgreSQL, Redshift).
• You have a working knowledge of business intelligence tools like Redash, Google Data Studio, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math discipline.
• Nice to have skills (not required but preferred):

• • Comfortable working with large datasets
  • Able to analyze data using Python, pandas, etc.
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts
