ICCP SBI Venture Partners (ISVP) is a partnership between two leading Asian venture capital firms, ICCP Venture Partners and SBI Holdings.
ICCP Venture Partners, the pioneer and longest-operating venture capital firm in the Philippines, has raised 6 global funds since 1998 with a network spanning more than 50 direct and indirect portfolio companies. SBI Holdings, formerly known as SoftBank Investments, is a listed internet financial services conglomerate and operates one of Japan’s largest venture capital practices, having raised more than 15 funds since 1999 with a network spanning more than 1000 direct and indirect portfolio companies.
ISVP has a mandate to invest in rapidly growing technology companies in the United States and the next generation of Southeast Asian market leaders.
What you will be doing:
- Work directly with the Managing Director to execute the investment mandate
- Assist the MD throughout the investment process, which includes sourcing companies, conducting due diligence, preparing valuation analysis and writing investment memos
- Optimize the workflows of the fund by building frameworks and leveraging technology
- Conduct market research with a goal of crafting new investment theses
- Work with external counsel for legal due diligence and documentation
- Assist portfolio companies across various functions post-investment
- Prepare reports for our investors, including quarterly updates and board memos
- Execute projects of your own direction that help ISVP and/or our portfolio companies
Qualifications we are looking for:

- Data-driven thinking with strong affinity for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Compelling communicator who can also listen intently and ask thoughtful questions

What you will be doing:
- Work closely with the Investment Team
- Assist the associates and analysts with the investment process, specifically with conducting due diligence and preparing industry analysis
- Assist the associates and analysts with preparing both internal and external documents, including deck assessments, founder meeting notes, and periodic investor reports
- Conduct market research with a goal of crafting new investment theses
- Support portfolio companies across various functions post-investment
- Execute special projects for the Investment Team and ISVP’s portfolio companies
