GUILLERMO D. LUCHANGCO - Chairman
Mr. Luchangco is the founder of Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines and ICCP Venture Partners, Inc. Mr. Luchangco is the Chairman and CEO of the ICCP Group of Companies. He is also a director of the following publicly-listed companies: Ionics, Inc., Ionics EMS, Inc. (listed on the Singapore Exchange), Bacnotan Consolidated Industries, Inc. and Globe Telecom; and privately-held companies: Planters Development Bank, IOmni Precision, Inc. and Ambergris Solutions, Inc. Prior to founding ICCP, Mr. Luchangco had extensive experience both in management consulting services and in top executive positions in a number of large manufacturing companies. As a former Managing Director of the SGV Group, he was heavily involved in management consulting, project development and investment banking activities in both Singapore and the Philippines, and he subsequently assumed responsibilities for coordinating management services of the SGV Group throughout the Asian region. His experience also includes having been Vice Chairman and President of Republic Glass Corp. and concurrent Chairman of the Executive Committee of Nobel Phil., Inc. (a joint venture with the Nitro Nobel Group of Sweden) and ACI Phils. (a joint venture with Australian Consolidated Industries). Prior to that, Mr. Luchangco worked for Procter & Gamble and also for a group that specialized in managing and turning around distressed companies. Currently, Mr. Luchangco is Chairman of the Philippine-Singapore Business Council, and Philippine-US Business Council Committee on Trade and Investments. He is also a Director of the Philippines-Japan Economic Cooperation Committee. Mr. Luchangco has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a degree in Chemical Engineering (magna cum laude) from De La Salle University in the Philippines.

WILLIAM M. VALTOS, JR. - Senior Managing Director
Mr. Valtos is a director of IOmni Precision, Inc. and Global Media Entertainment (New York), and former Chairman of Ambergris Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining the ICCP Group, Mr. Valtos was Managing Director of Strategic Asset Management, Inc., a Chicago-based private direct investment firm managing over US$600 million in assets. Mr. Valtos also has extensive experience in workout and distressed situations. Mr. Valtos has served as President and Director of American Molding, Inc. and Phoenix Products Corporation and currently serves as a director of State/Delaware Corporation and Pacific Press Technologies. Mr. Valtos has a Masters of Management Degree from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and Political Science from the University of Illinois.

EDWIN J. LAU, PhD. - Managing Director
Mr. Lau is a Managing Director of IVPI-US. Dr. Lau joined IVPI-US in 2003, providing vast experience in the technology field, having spent the past 24 years with several U.S. technology companies, including software companies. Prior to joining IVPI-US, Dr. Lau was Vice-Chairman and Co-founder of Newmoon Systems, Inc., which was subsequently sold to Tarantella, Inc. Dr. Lau is a co-founder of Audible, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADBL). Dr. Lau holds three patents with two patent applications currently pending. Dr. Lau holds Doctorate and Master of Science in Computer Science degrees from the University of California Berkeley, and an AB in Computer Science and Mathematics from New York University.

DANIEL C. PAGULAYAN - Executive Director
Daniel Pagulayan contributes his experience in evaluating and closing technology-related deals, including fabless integrated circuits design, software applications and integrated solutions, electronics manufacturing, and value-added information technology communication services. Mr. Pagulayan joined IVP in 1998, having moved over from Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines , IVP's parent company. At ICCP, he gained four years of experience in corporate valuations, project development, project finance, and debt and equity structuring for private placements and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Pagulayan previously worked at United Saudi Commercial Bank and two Philippine-based development banks, where he performed portfolio development, credit analysis and evaluation, and general loan portfolio management functions. Mr. Pagulayan holds a B.S. in Statistics and an MBA (Juan C. Laya Scholar), both from the University of the Philippines.

GERRY B. VALENCIANO - Director
Gerry Valenciano specializes in various verticals relating to technology, electronics manufacturing services, and telecommunications. Prior to joining IVP in 2001, Mr. Valenciano was Assistant Vice President of ICCP. He brings with him six years' experience in equity and equity-linked transactions relating to public offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Valenciano spearheaded a team that worked on the listing of two Philippine electronics manufacturing services companies on the Singapore Stock Exchange, and another electronics-related company in the Philippine Stock Exchange. Prior to joining ICCP, Mr. Valenciano was a Senior Analyst at the Merchant Banking Group of a Philippine investment house that specializes in Project Finance and Long Term Lending. Mr. Valenciano holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the De la Salle University (Manila, Philippines). He finished his MBA at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (Manila, Philippines).

GLADYS V. ENHAYNES - Associate Director
Ms. Enhaynes joined IVP in 2003. Prior to joining IVP, Ms. Enhaynes handled investment and portfolio management at the Corporate Finance division of Globe Telecommunications, Inc.   Ms. Enhaynes also has a longstanding experience in equities research, having worked at a securities firm for over five years. Ms. Enhaynes received her B.S. in Business Administration (with honors) from Ateneo de Manila University (Philippines) and Master of Business Administration (on scholarship) from the Asian Institute of Management (Philippines).

JENNIFER A. ALCABAO - Senior Associate
Ms. Alcabao joined IVP in 2000. Prior to joining IVP, Ms. Alcabao worked in the Corporate Finance/Syndication groups of two of the top investment banks in the Philippines, where she handled loan syndications, corporate restructuring, project finance, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions engagements. Ms. Alcabao received her B.S. in Business Administration (cum laude) and Master of Science degree in Finance (with honors) from the University of the Philippines.

JANICE C. TAJAN - Associate
Ms. Tajan joined IVP in 2004. She is a licensed lawyer in the Philippines and has passed the New York State Bar examination. Ms. Tajan holds a Master of Law from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctor (with honors) from the Ateneo de Manila Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines.
