Edwin J. Lau, PhD.
Managing Director
- He has accumulated 31 years of management and technical experience in a variety of technology fields most recently in software.
- Prior to joining IVPI in 2003, Ed was the Co-Founder and CEO of New Moon Systems, Inc. (ORCL) and Audible, Inc. (AMZN). He is co-author of seven patents.
- An active pioneer in his field with his co-inventions in display virtualization at New Moon in 1997, the creation of the first portable Internet media device at Audible in 1995, and the co-development of pipeline look a-head instruction execution used today in most high performance x86 processors at Trilogy Systems in 1985.
- Started his career at Bell Laboratories in 1979 and has been involved with starting and/or managing new technology companies.
- Holds a Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from New York University.

Gladys V. Enhaynes
Director
