IVPI invests in companies that have a realizable potential for growth in a globally competitive landscape, with significant value-add to the Asian region either as an Asian-based business or as a non-Asian business with Asian applications.

• Emerging Growth Companies. Newer businesses, many of which are profitable and potentially high-growth companies with established operations, products and management, must resort to private sources of capital for expansion. These companies offer investment opportunities which are often less risky and provide better returns than unlisted investments elsewhere.
• Start-up Projects. IVPI also invests in new projects that, due to the expertise of the entrepreneur and/or management team, mitigate many of the risks of typical start-up situations even though they will have no earnings histories. Examples of these opportunities might include technology professionals who have a track record in successful start-ups.

In the course of transacting a potential investment, IVPI endeavors to maintain an open-minded attitude, with the purpose of striking the delicate balance between the various, needs, interests, and objectives of the investee partners' shareholders, management, employees, and vendor and customer relationships. IVPI believes that, through the process of open dialogue, the various concerned parties will eventually arrive at a mutually acceptable and satisfactory investment terms.
