Mr. Leonardo Siguion-Reyna is Senior Proprietary Partner of a prominent law firm, Siguion-Reyna, Montecillo & Ongsiako Law Office. He has a longstanding career in the legal profession, having handled a number of prominent legal cases and proceedings, many of which involve large local and multinational firms. Mr. Siguion-Reyna is also well regarded in the business community, both locally and abroad.

Mr. Siguion-Reyna holds concurrent Chairmanships in Doctor Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Phimco Industries, Inc., Sandvik Philippines, Inc., and ETSI Technologies, Inc. (an affiliate of Siemens AG). Mr. Siguion-Reyna is President of Zamboanga Rubber Corporation, Manila Memorial Park Cemetery, Inc., Crismida Realty Corporation, and Valmora Investment & Management Corporation. He is also a Director in a number of firms belonging to a wide range of industries, such as Unilever Philippines, Inc., Dole Philippines, Inc., Goodyear Philippines, Inc., Asea Brown Boveri, Inc., Wise Capital Investment and Trust Co., Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines, ICCP Ventures, Inc., ICCP Management Corporation, Malayan Insurance Co., Inc., Ionics Circuits, Inc., Ionics EMS, Inc., Bataan Polyethylene Corporation, Petronas Pilipinas, Inc., Steniel Manufacturing, Inc., and Datascope Communications (Phils.), Inc.
