Mr. Luchangco concurrently holds the position of Director in Ionics, Inc., Ionics EMS, Inc., Andes-Ionics, Inc., Ionics Properties, Planters Development Bank and Bacnotan Industrial Park Corp., and Globe Telecommunications, Inc.

Prior to founding the ICCP Group, Mr. Luchangco has had extensive experience both in management consulting services and in top executive positions in a number of large manufacturing companies. As a former managing director of The SGV Group, he was heavily involved in management consulting, project development and investment banking activities in both Singapore and the Philippines, and he subsequently assumed responsibilities for coordinating management services of the Group throughout the Asian region. His experience includes being President of Republic Glass Corp., and concurrently Chairman of the Executive Committee of Nobel Phil., Inc. (a joint venture with the Nitro Nobel Group of Sweden) and ACI Phils. (a joint venture with Australian Consolidated Industries). Prior to that, he worked for Procter & Gamble and then for a group that specialized in managing and turning around companies in distress.

Mr. Luchangco holds a degree in Chemical Engineering (magna cum laude) from De La Salle University (Manila, Philippines) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
