Mr. de Borja is President of Makiling Ventures, Inc., a real estate development firm, and E. Murio, Inc., a furniture export manufacturer. He is also Director of Makiling Ventures, Inc., E. Murio, Inc., ICCP Ventures, Inc., ICCP Venture Partners, Inc., and Rustan Supercenters, Inc.

Mr. de Borja’s past experience includes directorships in the following companies: SPI Technologies, Inc., Republic Glass Corporation, Philippine Global Communications, Inc., Manila Memorial Park, Inc., Iligan Cement Corp., and First Metro Investment Co., where Mr. de Borja was the Chairman of the Executive Committee.

Mr. de Borja received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University (Manila, Philippines) and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
