Investment Committee
IVP's policies and guidelines, as well as investment or divestment decisions are made by an Investment Committee.
The members of the Investment Committee are well-seasoned and reputable businessmen-entrepreneurs in the fields of industry, finance, and commerce. They have substantial on-site industry operating experience and are instrumental in providing access to technical expertise, market intelligence, and commercial opportunities.
In addition to actual experience in managing their own enterprises and businesses, the members of the Investment Committee are also experienced in investing their own risk capital in other private equity deals.
